How it works
Do the monthly fees cover everything?
We charge additional fees to register a Company (£90+VAT) and to use our Registered Office address (£160+VAT/year)
What if I’m looking for services which are not mentioned here?

How will I pay PennyBooks?
We set up monthly Direct Debits with our clients using GoCardless
Is there a notice period with PennyBooks?
No, you can leave us whenever you want to – we hope you won’t though
What if I have foreign currency transactions?
We can handle this but we’ll need to upgrade you to Xero premium which is an extra £10+vat per month
