Helping Obbard with implementing improved financial reporting

Obbard run a London-based property management business. Their directors Patti and Hugh came to us looking for a streamlined financial process that could improve their monthly reporting, as well as ways to give them a more accurate view of their cash flow management.

We began by doing a full systems review and put in place a completely new, fully integrated process:

• We installed Xero as their source finance system.
• Integrated Receipt Bank to improve receipt and expenses management and reduce the paperwork.
• Used Workflow Max to enable the business to quote and manage the end to end job/workflow.
• We set up Float cashflow management to help them forecast and manage their cashflow.
• Finally, we linked up Syft to produce lovely looking monthly management accounts.

As well as providing our usual compliance-based services, we have also worked with them on a number of ad hoc projects. Obbard know that whatever they throw our way, we’ll always be able to deliver.
